Are you ready to be the friendly face that welcomes families into our swim school? If you're organized, enthusiastic, and love working in a fast-paced, family-focused environment, we’d love to have you on our team!  

What You’ll Be Doing:

🏊 Greet and welcome parents and students like they're part of the Aqua-Tots family

📞 Handle calls, messages, and inquiries like a pro

🖥️ Keep our systems running smoothly with intermediate Word, Excel, and other software use

📋 Check-in students and maintain accurate attendance records

💧 Follow a cleaning schedule to maintain facility cleanliness

🤝 Support parents with program and curriculum education

🧠 Participate in team huddles, training sessions, and community events

🚪 Open and close the school using established procedures

🌊 Keep things running smoothly behind the scenes — and have fun doing it!

You’ll Make Bigger Waves If You Also Have:

💻 Intermediate computer skills + Office 365 know-how

🛍️ 1+ year of experience in sales or client-focused roles

🎓 A background in business or sales (or equivalent experience!)

🗣️ Bilingual in French & English – très cool!

🛡️ Ability to provide a Vulnerable Sector Check before starting
