Aquatic Manager

💼 Lead the Waves as Our Aquatics Manager!

As the Aquatics Manager at Aqua-Tots, you'll keep our swim school running safely and smoothly — from managing instructors to ensuring top-quality lessons for families. You'll be the go-to leader for all things water, helping our team and students thrive.

🌊 What You'll Be Doing: 

👥 Lead and mentor our aquatics team (Instructors, Supervisors, Trainers)

📈 Monitor performance and support ongoing training & development

🗓️ Create smart, efficient schedules aligned with staffing needs

📢 Conduct team meetings, in-services, and performance reviews

✅ Participate in the interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new aquatics staff

🛠️ Oversee pool operations and safety compliance

🔍 Conduct audits and track inventory for teaching & pool equipment

🧾 Complete weekly reports, shift logs, and checklist reviews

🎯 Respond to client inquiries, support progression, and handle concerns

📚 Oversee swimmer progression

🤝 Support the Client Care team on aquatics topics

📌 What You'll Need: 

🛟 National Lifeguard + Standard First Aid with CPR-C

📅 2+ years in a leadership or supervisory aquatics role

🧠 Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a coaching mindset

🌟 Extra Credit If You Have:

🧒 Experience working with kids and families

🗣️ Bilingual in French & English

📋 Aquatics Supervisor/Manager certification (Lifesaving Society)

📈 Experience leading training sessions and team evaluations

💡 A passion for mentorship and team development

📣 Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
